Diablo 4 would not be possible for launch early next year
Blizzard has confirmed that Set Items will continue to Diablo IV Gold be available in Diablo 4, but you won't be able to use them in the game until after it launches.
Despite the fact that the team is considering including them in its live service, game director Joe Shely explained in a recent roundtable interview that reimagining sets in a manner that is appropriate for Diablo 4 would not be possible for launch early next year.
"We felt like we could develop sets in another manner comparative with what we've seen in Diablo 3 as we've been building the game." Shely makes sense of the situation: "In any case, we really wanted an additional opportunity to get them into the game in a way that would work admirably with the rest of Diablo 4," Shely says. "You won't see sets at send off in the game." We're considering it for our live show because we like sets and want to do them right.
Luis Barriga, a former game director, stated to Polygon (opens in new tab) in 2019: In the demo, there is a legendary staff that transforms the fireball spell into a triple fireball spell. The fact that live Diablo 3 currently offers bonuses worth thousands of dollars might be the difference. I believe we are currently designing the game to be a little bit more constrained to prevent us from entering that extremely escalating power curve.
Set Items, if you haven't heard of them, are basically sturdy pieces of equipment that, when put together, give you more power. Because they are a part of a set and always come with the same bonuses, they are referred to as "sets." They first showed up in Diablo 2, but they really took off in Diablo 3. We are confident that they will have a significant impact on the developing fashion scene in the Sanctuary, although it is unknown how they will affect the cheap Diablo 4 Gold meta.
